I have been using the Tysblog’s bookmark list for dropping fast for a month now. Although the list has exactly 300 sites but the problem with many of the sites is that some of them been deleted, some don’t load fast and some even don’t have any entrecard widget. This is why everyday even after dropping on all the sites in that list I was able to get only 220 or 230 drops in my account.
So now I bring you another bookmark list with many of new sites so that you can drop on exactly on 300 sites. Before you download this list I recommend you to first read Tyblog’s Powerdropping. This list comprises of many sites from Tysblog and UnpredictableLife.
Steps For Fast Dropping Through Bookmark List
- First either download this text file or copy, paste it in notepad and save it to your hard drive.
- Now if you have Firefox already then O.K and if not first read my article on Increasing Browsing Speed.
- Now open Firefox. Click Bookmarks–>Organise Bookmarks–>File–>Import.
- Then select From File. Now browse and select the text bookmark file you downloaded or saved. And then click Open.
Now your bookmark list is in your browser, restart your Firefox. Now from the Bookmarks everytime you select a group, 10 entresites will load at a time thus saving a lot of your time.
. And don’t worry I will be regularly updating the list so that you can get 300 drops everyday. So whenever you find that any of the blogs in the list shows any problem delete the previous list and download the new one from Blog-o-Ninja.
One more thing, I will be updating this list everytime any blog has some problem in the list. So you can also have your blog listed in this bookmark list so that you can also also get automatically dropped. Just tell me your blog’s URL in the comment box and that’s it.
And if you want that more and more people drop on your blog please help me by spreading a word about this bookmark list. Alternatively you can also paste the following code in your template near your entecard widget:

Thanks for the super quick reply ! I already downloaded the list and was going to start dropping EC. When the first ten pages displayed on my screen, I could not find the EC place for dropping. All the pages say ” Get One ” and were showing the advertised blogs. Does it mean once those blogs were opened, I have already drooped an EC for them? Please excuse my ignorance .

This is lame. All for a few credits? Can’t say I’m impressed. I only drop on sites that attract my interest and, let’s be honest, with the quality of EC sites, that’s few and far between.

O.k you say you drop on those sites that you like. But if we use this list that does not mean we do not read any of those blogs. While dropping if we see something of interest we definitely give it a read.
And yes this list is mainly for bloggers who need credits so that they also can advertise on other big blogs. So what’s the problem in that. I don’t think I and other bloggers who have downloaded this file need to say anything else.

It’s ironic that you are interested in power dropping, fast dropping lists and yet have your own EC widget well below the fold. If you wonder why the drop exchanges aren’t working out well it’s likely that your widget isn’t easy to acces for all the other quick, power, fast droppers.

Hi, my wife downloaded your Entrecard bookmark list succesfully earlier. After she told me about it I also tried to download it and follow your instructions without success. I am using the latest release of Firefox while she used the previous version. Do your instructions work for the new version 3? We are both on Macs running Leopard OS.

Well, When I follow your steps I do not have the choices in Firefox that you detail
Now open Firefox. Click Bookmarks–>Organise Bookmarks–>File–>Import.
After clicking on “organize bookmarks” there is no “File” opton to click on in the Organize window. If I go to the File Heading on the Main window there is an “import” option there but when clicked on it only gives you the ability to import settings and bookmarks from Safari . There is no ability to choose any file on the computer at all.
In the Organize window there is a symbol which when clicked on gives the following options:
Backup
Restore
import HTML
export HTML
Have you actually tried this on a Mac running Firefox 3?

RogerDJ I just installed Firefox 3 and found a simple solution for you.
Save the downloaded text file as .htm file. Like it is entrecardlist3.txt, then save it as entrecardlist3.htm.
Then in “Organize Bookmarks” window click on “Import And Backup” from the top. Then click “Import HTML” then select “From An HTML File”. Then Browse for the .html file you saved and click “Open”.
I checked it myself and it worked.(However I don’t like Firefox3)

Great idea there!
I used Tysblog’s bookmark list for a time but I’ve stopped because most of the sites from there aren’t actively returning the drops and aren’t loading fast.
I always view the drop rank of the blogs I am trying to drop my cards because I will have a little hint on whether or not they are going to return my drops.
It would be fabulous if you could include both of my blogs in your list.
I have become a notorious dropper and it’s hard for me to stop when I don’t reach the 300 limit set for the day.
I drop 600 cards daily without fail, wink!

Hi! I forgot to come by here and thank you for adding me to your list! I have been working on making my computer faster so I can take full advantage of the list. Unfortunately though, I have not yet been able to make my FireFox browser work correctly, so frustrating. Anyhow thanks again.
